Transformed II

This body of work began with photos of dying flowers that were layered and altered on the computer. The resulting works have transformed the images of decay to something alive. I find this a reflection of my life where I struggled with my own decaying body and finally found acceptance of the process of aging. The diversity of the work echoes my life, with some images humorous, some more focused on my love of beauty and others more somber, exploring my darker self. All images are inkjet prints on Vellum.
