2004: Transformed I

I began to investigate my feelings about life and death by focusing on nature. Beginning with photos of dying flowers, I have used the computer to create richly colored images that celebrate beauty as well as allude to decay and have been transformed into something alive. I thus express both my love of the vibrancy of life as well as its fragility. All images are inkjet prints on Vellum.
