2003: As the body becomes fragile, what becomes of the self?

These images were shown in my MFA Thesis show at the Mass College of Art. In the first six images, I used the computer to combine my medical records with x-rays. The edges were created by encouraging the ink to run. The other four images are my x-rays that were modified in the computer and then printed large (2' x 4'). All images are inkjet prints on Vellum.
